Aksys Games announced on Friday that it will release Bad Apple Wars for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on October 13. The company will release a limited day-one edition with a 48-page art book. The limited edition will be available exclusively through Game Stop. Aksys Games previously announced plans to release Bad Apple Wars on September 29. Idea Factory's Otomate released Bad Apple Wars for PlayStation Vita in November 2015. The game follows a protagonist who winds up at a strange school after an accident at the school entrance ceremony. This school is NEVAEH, an academy for the souls of bad students. Graduating from this school earns the students a second chance at life.

Film opens in early spring 2018 The official website for the Bungo Stray Dogs anime franchise announced the opening and ending theme song performers for the Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple anime film on Friday. GRANRODEO, the band behind the first anime's opening theme song, is returning to perform the opening theme song for the film. Likewise, Luck Life, the group that performed the ending theme songs for both anime seasons, is returning to perform the film's ending theme song. Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple will open in Japan in early spring 2018. The official Twitter account for the anime of the honeybee black label's DYNAMIC CHORD otome project revealed a new visual for its in-universe group apple-polisher on Monday. The rock band centers on the guitarist UK and has been performing not just in Japan, but globally. The members mix dance numbers and rock, and are currently popular among middle and high schoolers. The project follows the musical careers and personal lives of several bands under the "Dynamic Chord" agency and music label. The staff have already revealed visuals for the other three groups: Kyosho, Liar-S, Shigenori Kageyama (Himawari!, Hi-Speed Jecy) is directing the anime at Pierrot, and is also in charge of series composition and penning the scripts alongside Kyōko Katsuya.
